About Paved With Stars

I never actually intended starting a site called Paved With Stars. It all happened when I wanted a new layout for my Lord of the Rings graphics site, The Dwarven Lords. I began to think how limited I was, because my site was mainly LOTR related, I could only really have a LOTR theme. So I started wondering about re-starting The Dwarven Lords, but just for my graphics and resources. The more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea of having a different name altogether. I also wondered if it would be a good idea to get hosted. I bombarded Gil with many questions, and she not only answered them all, but also offered to host me and make the layout. Yay-ness! Now I all I needed was a name. I toyed with quite a few but it was whilst watching All About Eve, a character mentioned something about "paved with stars" I decided that was the name I wanted. It took me a lot longer than I expected to get Paved With Stars ready for opening, but eventually on May 14th 2007, it was ready to view.
